I didn’t think to set up this blog straight away, but I took inspiration from other ‘losers’ (not a nasty term!) who wrote their thoughts down who said it helped them on their weight loss journey. Hence, I am writing to you on Day 5. The first week is always the hardest – this isn’t my first time on a ‘diet’ or ‘lifestyle change’, I assure you.
It is going well so far. Accounting for the “better eating” trend I started a few weeks before joining Slimming World, stupidly just before Christmas, I have lost a total of 9lbs. Not as much as some record weight losses I’ve read about, but considering I’ve endured Christmas Day, my 20th birthday AND New Year’s Eve, any weight loss is an achievement!
I will write as frequently as I can!
